We work together to provide intentional site based literacy professional development. Working to meet our teachers needs and our students needs.
As a team we meet every six weeks in Collaborative Team meeting to discuss and help develop next steps for students that require RTI.

AS a learning coach I had many opportunities to Develop a broader system perspective by learning about other programs and schools throughout the division. This position allowed me to work in a variety of schools and with a number of staff around the division.
Outcome 2: Eliminating the gap between First Nations, Metis, and Inuit students against all other students
Completed the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation training
Support out FNMI Lead teacher in grant writing and bringing in presenters/Elders to our school, as well as, assisting with purchasing resources and supporting with staff Professional Development.
Continued growth on foundational knowledge, help support staff on developing contextual lessons for students

Staff wide professional Development opportunities - Literacy, FreshGrade Portfolios, 7Habits of Effective People, a variety of Technology topics.
Cohort involvement - New Assistant Principal
Collaborate with Maureen to support teachers in their PLTs and Personal Professional Growth Plan - each year we meet with teachers 3 times a year to find ways to support staff and to participate in the refelction process.
